Adam Thewes

President

Conduct the business of the club. Appoint committees and delegate talks to carry out the proper function of the club. Liason with the State Association and League of Play. Assist the Director of Coaching with development of new teams. Assist Managers in the operation of respective teams within the club.

Joe Howard

Vice President

Assume the duties of the President in his or her absence. Responsible for obtaining practice and game fields as well as being the liason for other necessary matters involving all pertinent community agencies. Any other duties appointed by the Board of Directors

Tonya Dycus

Secretary

Shall be responsible for the preparation and promulgation of the minutes of all Club meetings. Assist the President in handling coorespondence and shall distribute agendas in advance for all club meetings to each Director and representative of each team within the club.

Rebekah Perkins

Treasurer

The treasurer is the Chief Financial Officer of the club. Keeping account of all transactions authorized by the President and the Board of Directors. Provide a Treasurer's report each meeting of the BOD. Prepare and promulgate a budget at least 30 days prior to the annual meeting.

Christina Reyes

Director of Coaches

The director of Coaching shall develop and implement the training curriculum of the Club. He or she shall see to the development and recruiting of players and to their training needs. He or she shall see to the hiring and supervision of the Club training staff. He or she shall see to the development of new teams to be administered by the Club.

Shayne Carver

Registrar

The Registrar shall maintain an accurate roster of all teams in the Club. He or she shall be available to all team officials administered by the Club at reasonably times to accommodate any registration needs.

Assist the Registrar in ordr to maintain an accurate roster of all teams in the Club. He or she shall be available to all team officials administered by the Club at reasonably times to accommodate any registration needs.

Mark Francisco

Protest, Appeals, Discipline

The purpose of the Protest, Appeal and Disciplinary Chair is to influence a change in the behavior of players, coaches, and administrators when allegations of misconduct are made. Chair will make sure that all cases, players, coaches, and administrators will be treated fairly and impartially.

Tom Daniel

Director of Facilities

This person is responsible for the maintenance of the soccer fields and surrounding landscape. This person also develops relationships with the City of Yucaipa, Oak Glen Regional Park, County of San Bernardino and waste management liaisons. This person also has the responsibility of maintaining semi-annual quotations of field maintenance costs with our landscaping company.

Zack Miederhoff

Director of Communications

This person is responsible for publishing posters and flyers of club events and news on applicable message boards, social media, and club website throughout the year. This person will assist the President in promoting goodwill on behalf of YASC Spartans FC by developing a working relationship with local media, business and community leaders.

Field Coordinator

Keep records of and help coaches and managers schedule practices and games as needed. Work with the President to coordinate permits and light schedules with the City of Yucaipa liason to meet the needs of the Club.

Director of Tournaments

This person will be responsible for managing all aspects of Class 1 & III tournaments that involve YASC Spartans FC throughout the year.

Zack Miederhoff

Uniform Coordinator

This person will be responsible for communicating with apparel providers in regards to the clubs uniform needs. This person will provide managers with price lists and assist in making uniform purchases when necessary. If an issue arrises from a unifrom purchase, the Uniform Coordinator will assist in resolving that issue as needed to ensure providers and teams are adhering to uniform requirements as approved by the BOD.
